On Friday 11th December Marc Sharples, our Sales Manager, will be swapping his normal attire for fancy dress costume all in aid of the children s charity ChildFlight.

A day off from selling masterbatch and additive solutions to the plastics industry will see Marc helping sick and deserving children of all ages have the time of their lives on a plane trip around the North of the UK in a Santa themed journey.

ChildFlight provide flights and holidays for sick and deserving children.

For example; children who require medical treatment abroad or who have missed out on childhood experiences, due to illness, or who are socially deserving. ChildFlight is a children’s charity established in 1987. Based at Manchester Airport with representatives and strong fund raising links in the areas of Manchester, Blackpool, Wirral and the North West of England.

Whilst the voluntary team of ChildFlight provide the expertise, enthusiasm and administration, it is the generosity of many companies, organisations and individuals in raising and donating money.

This makes it possible to bring not only sunshine and fun into children’s lives, but a sense of wonder, adventure, laughter and much needed medical help.

Around 120 children will benefit from this fantastic day and both Marc and Eclipse are delighted to support this very worthwhile cause.
