We’ve just been put to the test again….

We received a phone call yesterday afternoon from a valued customer who required an urgent order of 250 kgs of a non stock, specific pearlescent masterbatch.

They needed delivery as soon as possible!

At Eclipse Colours we love a challenge!

We received the order at 14-14 hrs yesterday afternoon. The material was produced from scratch (not stock) and delivered to them personally at 18-34 hrs yesterday evening.

The customer is an hour away by car.

The TOTAL time to produce paperwork, blend material, produce 250kgs of masterbatch, QC check, package, despatch and deliver it (an hour away)
