If you need a masterbatch that is not already held in our colour library (with over 5,000 different shades), we can easily match to a colour reference — including Pantone®, RAL, British Standard, a standard article, or a physical sample.

We can produce your colour masterbatch with special effects and can add a range of different additives to any masterbatch.

Our Plasticol™ masterbatches comply with REACH regulations, AP89 (food contact), and BS-EN71 (toy regulations).

Our Products

Masterbatches in any quantity upwards of 5kgs, are manufactured to extremely tight tolerances for low % dosage to a wide range of polymers. Processing is precise and strictly controlled to ensure seamless production of your colour from batch to batch, month to month and year to year.

We offer consistent pellets sizes from a 1mm micropellet through to a large 4mm maxipellet. Your colour pellets can be precisely controlled in terms of size and geometry to ensure a perfect fit with your dosing methods.

Our masterbatches can be manufactured in accordance with your needs to meet Food, Toy and REACH regulations.
